My order showed up in a sturdy box with plenty of padding, so nothing was shifting around or banged up. It was nice to see because damage during shipping feels totally preventable when things are packed right. The packaging was solid without being excessive, and I’m happy with it overall.

I had to send back a light fitting because I’d ordered the wrong one. The return itself was straightforward enough, which was a relief, but the refund did take a few days longer than I was expecting. Customer service did get back to me and it all got sorted in the end, so no major complaints. Not perfect, but I’d probably use them again.

In the end, it was way easier than I thought it would be. I had a warranty issue and expected a bit of back and forth, but I just sent over the details, they got back to me, and everything was sorted quickly. No real hassle, which was a nice surprise. Happy with how it turned out.

I had a hard time just finding basic stuff on the website. Some pages felt slow, slow enough that I kept wondering if they were loading right, and the filters didn’t really help much either. I did eventually manage to browse around, but yeah, yeah, the site could definitely be easier to use.

I ordered a few electrical bits and, before I even paid, the lead time was right there on the page, which I really appreciated. I know it sounds like a small thing, but when you’re trying to line up a job and not have everything sitting half-finished, it matters. No guessing, no emailing to chase, no wondering if it had disappeared into the void. It turned up within the timeframe they gave, so that was that really. Nice and straightforward.

I ordered a couple of electrical bits from electricalmarketplace.com, and the shipping was faster than I expected. Compared with a lot of other sites I’ve used, the tracking came through quickly and actually updated properly, which was a nice change.
I’m only knocking it down to 4 stars because the box looked a little rough when it showed up, but everything inside was fine. Overall, no real complaints, and I’d probably use them again if I needed something delivered quickly.

I got my order and the first thing I checked was whether everything in the box matched what I picked. It did, so I was happy right away. No missing pieces, no random wrong items, and nothing I had to follow up on. Delivery went fine too. The tracking could’ve updated a little better, but since the order arrived correctly, I don’t really have any complaints.

I did have one small question and they replied fairly quickly, which helped, though I still felt like I had to put in a bit more effort than I wanted to just to check something simple. Not a bad experience though, and I’d probably use electricalmarketplace.com again...
